Belle Ryan Elementary School

The project is a replacement school.  The original structure was demo’ed and the students were relocated to a temporary school.  This is a new ground up 3 level elementary school.  This school was a negotiated project with Sampson Construction – Omaha, and PML Construction, Inc. is also working with the Owner’s Representative Jacobs. Construction began in December of 2016 and is on track to be completed by December of 2017. We framed and sheeted the exterior of the building.  We set exterior wall panels and the interior is currently being framed as well.  We are currently working on the drywall and EIFS. The project had the majority of the exterior panelized well in advance of the project being ready for us on site.  This has helped keep production rolling through a very muddy late winter and early spring.
