PML Construction, Inc. HQ

The new PML Construction, Inc. Headquarters, completed in December of 2016. The project included Panelized framing installation that started the first week of September and the project was wrapped up in 4 months time. PML’s new office is 6500 sf with an additional 20,000 sf warehouse space sitting on 3.5 acres. Complete Load-Bearing Cold-Formed Metal Framing allowed for the fast paced construction of the office space. While the Exterior of the warehouse utilized Kingspan Insulated Roof and Wall Panels. The building is located Southwest of Grenta, by the Nebraska Crossing Exit. The new location is allowing for an expansion of our panelized construction capabilities.
