USPS Council Bluffs

USPS Council Bluffs is a Mark VII Enterprises job located in Council Bluffs, IA. This is a relocation of Council Bluffs’ main USPS center in the old Sears store at the Mall of the Bluffs. We began construction in October of 2017 and anticipate completion in March of 2018. Dennis Hollenbeck is the Superintendent on site for PML. Our scope of work includes Exterior Framing, Glass Mat Sheathing, Interior Framing, Insulation, Door Frames, Drywall, Drywall Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, and EIFS Patching.
