Highlander Accelerator – Core & Shell

Highlander Accelerator was developed by 75 North in an effort to transform this North Omaha neighborhood with educational facilities and business space to promote entrepreneurship. This is a Lund Ross Constructors project. Tom Hoeper is the PML Foreman on site with assistant, Patrick Gregory. Construction began in December of 2016 and is forecasted to be completed in July of 2017. This project consists of 3 attached buildings. Exterior framing, sheathing, air barrier and cavity wall insulation are almost complete. Interior framing is about 70% complete, drywall and drywall finish are under way.
