PML Construction is the unquestioned leader in steel framed panelized systems in our market.

We have had hundreds of successful projects over the last 25 years. This service allows for a large portion of our scope of work to be done in advance of the scheduled on-site start date. Our firm utilizes in house design, construction, transportation and installation for our panelized projects.

Our extensive experience allows us to determine which projects can work, since not every project is a candidate for panelized construction. However, one major difference between PML Construction and other firms attempting to panelize is our commitment to finding ways to make a panelized situation work. Where other firms might be looking for reasons not to build panels, we are looking for ways to panelize a project.

When building panels, we do not change the details and requirements of the drawings or specifications in order to make a panelized construction work. Rather, we work with the intended design to make sure the true intent of the design is followed.

Our Field and Office staff is adept to working on panelized projects. We do it every day and it allows us to hit the ground running from day one.

This starts with the in-house design phase and it carries through to small details like how panels are staged for transportation. Equipment, rigging, and overall safety during installation are all considerations that we keep paramount in our planning. The entire situation is a process, but it is a process that we are uniquely qualified to handle as a company. For us, there is no learning curve.
