This project was a ground up 80,000 sf, four-story office building in the historic Haymarket District in Lincoln, NE. The building will primarily be used as the Lincoln headquarters for Olsson and Associates, as they occupy the second and third floors. The remaining shelled areas, on the first and fourth floors, will be used for future retail or office space.
Manning Iowa Hospital
This was a ground up, single story, freestanding hospital located in Manning, IA.
Alegent Clinic Council Bluffs
This project was a ground up, 28,000 sf single story medical clinic for Alegent Creighton Health in Council Bluffs, IA. This clinic includes office space, exam rooms, nurse stations, a physical therapy area, and an onsite pharmacy.
Fremont Area Medical Center Tower Addition
This project was a patient tower addition to the existing Fremont Area Medical Hospital. This consisted of a six-story addition, along with a five-story renovation to the current structure. The work was constructed in two phases so as not to interfere with the operational hospital.
Victory Apartments & Offices
This important project was a 103,000 sf renovation of the former six-story St. Joseph hospital at 8th & Dorcas in Omaha, NE. This facility offers 90 new apartments for at-risk veterans of the United States Armed Forces and new offices for VA Medical Center, which offers counseling services to veterans, and new psychology offices for Grace University.
This project was a combination of a steel framed commercial area and a three-story wood framed apartment structure. Construction took place in the Legacy Development in Omaha.
This project was the construction of six highly detailed, exterior retail buildings located on the Hwy 370 corridor in Papillion, NE. Along with the shell construction on each building, our firm performed many retail, office and specialized tenant finishes in each of the buildings.
West Village Pointe Retail
This project was the construction of two separate ground up, retail buildings at West Village Pointe in Omaha. Also included, were the construction of tenant build-outs and the addition of an exterior bank canopy to match the existing construction.
