Woodhouse Cadillac

PML Construction is proud to partner with MCL Construction on the new Woodhouse Cadillac dealership, a flagship addition to the Woodhouse Auto Family slated to open in spring 2026. Designed by Avant Architects, this Omaha project showcases the precision and quality the Cadillac brand demands. PML is delivering a comprehensive scope that includes exterior cold-formed metal framing, sheathing, fluid-applied air barrier, EFIS, thermal insulation, interior framing, firestopping and acoustical sealants, drywall and drywall finishing, CNC drywall shapes and castle cuts, acoustical ceilings, and specialty metal ceilings. Significant portions of the dealership are being constructed using prefabricated exterior wall panels to compress the schedule and reduce onsite labor, allowing work to advance offsite while site activities continue in parallel. The CNC machine is also being leveraged to pre-fabricate drywall castle cuts, plywood rips, and pre-made backing offsite, minimizing onsite cutting, reducing material footprint at the jobsite, and delivering a more consistent finished product. Backed by experienced field leadership and a schedule-driven approach, the team is on pace to support an on-time spring 2026 opening for the Woodhouse Auto Family.
