We recently wrapped up the interior TI (Tenant Improvement) framing project for PayPal, located in the UBT Building on 144th & Dodge in Omaha. With PayPal’s expanding operations, there was a need to accommodate additional workspace, so the second and fourth floors of the UBT Building are now dedicated to their offices. PML Construction took on a significant portion of this project, managing a wide range of tasks to ensure the new space met the highest standards.
Our team was responsible for extensive wall and soffit framing, creating a solid foundation for the entire office layout. We carefully installed corner beads to reinforce wall edges and executed detailed drywall finishes, achieving clean, smooth surfaces throughout the space. Additionally, we placed grid ceilings to bring uniformity and acoustic support to the work environment. Every step was handled with precision, as we transformed the floors into functional and visually cohesive office spaces for PayPal’s growing team.
